Training Programme:

During this training session, participants will take part in a dynamic training game. They will take on the roles of the editorial staff of a widely read magazine that is celebrating its 10th anniversary. The editor-in-chief decided to put a spotlight on people who write about famous stars, interesting events, or unique places. In the extra special jubilee edition of the magazine, journalists will write about… themselves. The idyll of this seemingly simple task will be disturbed by the abundance of expectations, high time pressure, and colleagues from the other departments requiring urgent attention. The work environment saturated with interactions will require players to combine creativity with efficient management of various tasks. Additionally, it will be an opportunity to demonstrate personal responsibility for entrusted duties. The effectiveness of the participants, and consequently the shape of the jubilee edition, will depend on how they would manage to cope with the editorial chaos.
